After much conversation with you, our Roots Coffee customers, we wanted to strengthen our coffee relationship by officially offering the Roots Beans Loyalty program.
We love how loyal you all have been since day one and know if it weren’t for your loyalty, Roots Coffee & Co. would not be the success it is today.
How the Roots Beans Loyalty Program works
So, here’s how it works! The Roots Beans Loyalty program awards you with “beans.” As you earn beans, you will receive free coffee and products.
In addition to celebrating your birthday with a free 12 oz. coffee drink, there are also bonus rewards like double bean days and access to exclusive games and offers.
But it’s more than a free coffee, it is our pleasure to be able to deliver and prioritize creating an individualized experience for you. We want to learn everything about you and continue to build our friendship.

Come in and collect your Roots Beans! After each visit, you will receive 1 bean. Collect 15 beans and get a free 16 oz. drink of your choice!
