May Drink-of-the-Month

May is here and Roots Coffee & Co couldn’t be more excited to share the new drink of the month!

A nitro cold brew with salted caramel cold foam. Experience the smooth, refreshing rush of this beverage, handcrafted by your Roots barista.

Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Foam

Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Foam is a popular coffee drink that many restaurants and coffee shops serve. It’s a delicious drink that has a rich, smooth flavor with hints of sweet caramel.

The ingredients for this drink include cold brew coffee, cream, sugar, and salt. The cold brew coffee is brewed in the traditional way but with less water so that it can be concentrated. They add sugar and cream to the mix to make it taste better.

Also, they don’t add salt to the mix until after it has been poured into the glass because if they added that before hand then the foam would not form correctly on top of the drink.

The coffee and the baristas did not disappoint! Very pleased with both drinks (caramelo and hazel rush) - perfect balance of rich espresso and flavoring. The chocolate covered espresso beans were the perfect finishing touch.

Very relaxing and cozy experience at Roots Coffee & Co. The Coffee is amazing. The owner Kenzie Packard is very friendly and the service is very efficient. I would highly recommend the Horchata Latte. So delicious and creamy. I will definitely be returning for more!! ☕️

Roots has the friendliest baristas! Great coffee, but I also love their London Fog (they add lavender, so good). Often add chocolate covered espresso beans on top of your to-go cup as a sweet touch. Nice space upstairs to hang out/work as well.
